June 16th, we will cover 3 key aspects of functional movement with a focus on core strength and stability.
We will start at 8:00am with an information packed kick-off class explaining the importance of core strength and stability in key aspects of health.
Afterward, we will put this information into action! Ruth will be leading a group exercise class outside (weather permitting) to put that information into practical, actionable steps to maximize results!
Finally, we will focus on breathing and flexibility with some post-workout yoga, followed by a light breakfast.
Whether you want to increase strength, lose weight, increase flexibility, or decrease risk of injury, this is the class to attend!
