Core Strength Camp - Functional Movement Class

Get ready for some fun!

Core strength and stabilization is arguably the most important aspect of posture, movement, and strength.

Whether you would like to start an exercise routine off properly, or learn how to optimize your current routine, you need to join us!

June 16th, we will cover 3 key aspects of functional movement with a focus on core strength and stability.

We will start at 8:00am with an information packed kick-off class explaining the importance of core strength and stability in key aspects of health.

Afterward, we will put this information into action! Ruth will be leading a group exercise class outside (weather permitting) to put that information into practical, actionable steps to maximize results!

Finally, we will focus on breathing and flexibility with some post-workout yoga, followed by a light breakfast.

Whether you want to increase strength, lose weight, increase flexibility, or decrease risk of injury, this is the class to attend!
